Job Responsibilities: 

  • Serves callers and visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
  • Oversees the phone system by answering or referring all inquiries.
  • Sets and communicates appointment times for installations with clients.
  • Ensure the company receives payments for services and records these transactions accordingly by overseeing all accounts receivable functions.
  • Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation and finalization of all permit applications.
