Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the sales team’s efforts in outreach, communication, follow-up, and overall messaging and customer service approaches.
- Ensure the reporting and accuracy of all measurement specifications from sales agents for every project.
- Ensure contract signings are complete for each product, ensuring initials on each page and full signatures are collected before project work begins.
- Confirm all documentation or permissions are collected for properties under a homeowner’s association (HOA) administration.
- Acquire and certify all signatures for project permits.
- Place all orders for project materials and ensure deliveries are accurate.
- Ensure all project deliveries are fulfilled.
