Job Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee the sales team’s efforts in outreach, communication, follow-up, and overall messaging and customer service approaches. 
  • Ensure the reporting and accuracy of all measurement specifications from sales agents for every project.
  • Ensure contract signings are complete for each product, ensuring initials on each page and full signatures are collected before project work begins. 
  • Confirm all documentation or permissions are collected for properties under a homeowner’s association (HOA) administration.
  • Acquire and certify all signatures for project permits.
  • Place all orders for project materials and ensure deliveries are accurate.
  • Ensure all project deliveries are fulfilled.

  • Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
  • Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
