Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee all newly-won installation projects and distribute necessary follow-up tasks to appropriate staff.
- Ensure customer files are complete for all projects.
- Set re-measuring appointments with clients and coordinate with sales agents and the operations manager.
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Oversee payments and control expenses by receiving processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices as head of accounts payable.
